With this app you can securely access information stored in the cloud, whenever you need to and wherever you are. It allows you to create, access, control, share and print documents - anytime, anywhere - thereby maximising efficiency, improving productivity and enabling closer collaboration with others.
Subscribed users will receive an email notification each time a folder has been shared with them, and they can self-register to receive further notifications, for example when changes are made to files.
Folders can be shared with non-subscribed users too; they will receive an email containing a link to the folder that will expire after a set period of time.
Guest accounts can be set up using a mobile device which gives non-subscribed users temporary access to Cloud Portal Office.
